Mini Baking Camp

  • Dates: June 9-13, 2025 

  • Time: 1-4 PM daily

  • Location: 14 Business Loop 70 E, Columbia, MO 65203, inside a commercial kitchen

  • Age Group: Ages 12-17 Years Old

  • Type: Drop-off classes

  • Cost: $195 per child (no hidden fees)

  • Includes: All recipes plus hands-on guidance

  • Description:​ Join Chef Ashley for a three-day culinary adventure where budding chefs discover the joy of baking and creativity in the kitchen! Each day is packed with hands-on fun, as kids whip up exciting recipes, learn essential kitchen skills, and gain confidence to recreate their dishes at home. ​

Cake Decorating Camp

  • Dates: July 7-9, 2026

  • Time: 1-4 PM daily

  • Location: 14 Business Loop 70 E, Columbia, MO 65203, inside a commercial kitchen

  • Age Group: Ages 11-17 Years Old

  • Type: Drop-off classes

  • Cost: $210 per child (no hidden fees)

  • Includes: Everything needed plus hands-on guidance

  • Description:​​ Join Chef Ashley for a sweet and savory three-day cake decorating camp that's all about decorating a layer cake with buttercream icing. Day one is filled with baking and piping practice, day two will be extra piping practice and applying the crumb and clean coat, leaving day three for the finishing touches! Everyone will take home their cake, new decorating skills, and plenty of memories. And you don't have to tell the kids but piping is wonderful fine motor practice!​

Kids Cooking Camp

  • Dates: July 13-17, 2026

Perfect for kids who can already follow basic recipes, this camp dives into more challenging techniques like pasta making, improvisational cooking, and creative plate presentation. With hands-on instruction and plenty of fun, this camp is the ultimate opportunity to expand their culinary horizons!
