Kitchen and Food Safety
All food, cooking utensils/rolling kits, aprons, and everything needed will be provided. You will receive a written copy of all recipes.

Paleo Almond Butter Breakfast Bars
These meals are free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn, food dyes, refined sugars, peanuts, and eggs. Contains cashews and almonds. Every effort to prevent cross-contamination is made but please beware that we do use a shared kitchen space so it can not be guaranteed.

During this class, we will work together to prepare 2 different healthy recipes, sampling each and learning plenty of tips and money saving tricks along the way!
This class is intended for adults; however, children are welcome as long as they can work on their own and have an adult attending with them as well. Each person attending needs their own ticket.
