What To Expect:

Each participant will pair up with another person, so either someone you came with or, if the group has an odd number, someone from outside your group.
Together, you’ll practice making crème puffs and chocolate éclairs. While you’ll collaborate on preparing the choux pastry and fillings, each of you will have the chance to pipe your own creations, ensuring a hands-on experience for everyone.
Chef Ashley will offer step by step guidance and feedback along the way!

Adults (Ages 18+):
This class is perfect for adults new to pasta making and those wanting to refine their skills. No prior experience needed!
Junior Chefs (Ages 13+)
Junior chefs ages 13-17 may attend with their own ticket and an adult if they can attend and follow instructions for the entire 3 hour class. Everyone attending needs their own ticket.
