She was helpful and supportive to all 4 of us, but I loved her positive, affirming approach with the kids!”

In 90 minutes you'll go from sticky rice to a plate of sushi you rolled yourself. Chef Ashley starts by explaining the foundation that makes or breaks every roll, preparing and seasoning the rice, then walks you through three rolls: a savory chicken teriyaki roll, a spicy shrimp roll, and the classic California roll. You'll learn how to handle and cut your ingredients for clean results, and how to roll with enough confidence to do it again at home. Then you finish on a sweet note by trying some mochi ice cream. Everything is set and ready when you arrive, so it stays low stress and you get to eat as we go!
