The Semi-Annual Whole30 Challenge

 

The Whole30 Program was created by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig in 2009 and was featured in their New York Times bestseller. "It Starts With Food." According to their website, the program is designed as a "...short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system."
